This way you can keep Google and other Search engines informed of your last updates and automaticly add new content to the Sitemap as well have deleted content removed from it.

The tool automatically will list all content on your site unless it is set not to be indexed. This way you don't depend on other pages to link to the contnet in order for it to get indexed!
